Phase I :  The first phase consisted of demolition, shoring, structural repairs and the installation of structural steel elements in The Historic House built in 1816.  This phase also consisted of brick restoration. Brick arches, columns and openings were repaired and rebuilt. Damaged bricks were removed and replaced, structural cracks repaired, and mortar joints were re pointed. All bricks used were salvaged antique red brick, typical to the building.

 

Phase two:  The second phase consisted of the restoration and build out of The Historic Seignouret

Brulatour house, carriageway and courtyard with an adjoining three story new construction state of the art museum. The project is LEED v2009
Silver Certified.
