THE MARIGNY OPERA HOUSE
Masonry restoration repairs:
Selective work to repair structural cracks, replace deteriorated bricks, and repoint where necessary.
Nave wall repairs:
Removal of asbestos siding. Repairs to structural framing, and new siding.
Stained Glass restoration:
Removal of twelve stained glass panels. Restore structural integrity of panels and repair. Provide and install in new metal frames.
Bell Tower Restoration

Brick, timber framing, and cupola repairs.
Repaired major brick damage in the two towers.
Removed and replaced termite damaged timber framing and platforms.
Removed and replaced damaged metal panels on cupola.
Removed and replaced damaged soffit and fascia. Replaced gutters
